Southglade Leisure Centre is one of Nottingham's finest leisure facilities complete with two pools, an 80m flume, fitness suite, health suite, group exercise studio, sports hall, a full size rubber crumb pitch as well as a full size sand based pitch.

The fitness suite is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment including cardio, resistance machines, free weights, Kinesis, Arke and a mat area for stretching. Extend your workout in the 25m swimming pool with lane swimming available and then finish off by relaxing in the brand new health suite with a sauna, steam, monsoon shower and foot spa!

Southglade Leisure Centre is located on Southglade Road with bus services stopping directly outside.
