Welcome to Three Wells Hotel - an intimate, family-run hotel in Wales near Llandrindod Wells, Powys.
Situated at the heart of Powys and surrounded by the beautiful Mid-Wales countryside, Llandrindod Wells is a popular tourist destination in its own right and also a good place to take a break on the way to the coast.

We pride ourselves on being one of the best small hotels in the Llandrindod Wells area. We’re tucked away in a peaceful spot in the Mid Wales countryside surrounded by farmland and our own little lake, 1.5 miles from the centre of Llandrindod Wells itself.

Builth Wells and The Royal Welsh Showground

We have three single occupancy bedrooms, all containing a full sized double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and drawers but less surrounding room space than our double rooms. All have en-suites, two have showers and one has a shower over a bath.

We have 5 double bedrooms, all with double beds, wardrobes, Televisions, full length mirrors, drawers and two bedside tables. All have en-suite bathrooms; three are shower only and two have a shower over a bath. All double rooms have desks and a chair. Complementary water and room baskets are included as standard.

We have two suites, these both have large beds (one has a king, one has a superking), plenty of space, Televisions in the bedroom, drawers, dressing tables, wardrobes, full length mirrors, both have a separate sitting room with an additional television, two seater sofa and coffee table. Both have large en-suite bathrooms with walk-in waterfall showers and double ended extra deep bathtubs. Both have a front aspect - overlooking the lake.

We have three twin rooms - one is a ground floor easy access room (lower light switches, widened doorways and ramp access), and one can become a triple as it contains an additional sofa bed. Spacious and each with their own en-suite; two are shower only and one has a shower over the bath. All rooms contain two full sized single beds, two bedside tables, wardrobes and drawers.

We have two family rooms, both have a main bedroom with king sized bed and well as a smaller adjoining room containing two single beds (one family room has bunk beds, the other two singles). Both rooms are spacious and contain a wardrobe, bedside tables, desks and a chest of drawers. Both are en-suite with showers over baths.

Our bar is often used for smaller conferences as it is at the back of the hotel and easy close off, keeping the room private. It is spacious and well lit and recently updated.

Used for our larger conferences and Weddings, our reception can sit up to 60 lecture style with a separate area for tea/coffee station/lunch table etc. With two sets of double doors leading out onto our south-facing terrace, the room is bright and has a fantastic view.
