The Imperial, a stunning Victorian building on the Kings Road in the heart of the Chelsea Design Quarter.
Opened by the Eco Chic Restaurants team Alan Turtill, Kate MacWhirter, and Nick MacGregor, as our Head Chef. Partnering with Jonah Grunsell and Carol Doughty – this is their first venture but will not be their last.
We are an environmentally friendly company who work hard to ensure all our produce is British and sustainable, all our supplies are sustainably sourced including our cleaning products and we continue to work towards reducing food and other waste. Our team are important to us and we have an ethos which focuses on people, ensuring they are well looked after, involved and inspired.
As a socially conscious business we working with the Big Issue, The MacMillan Cancer Support and Ray’s Playhouse in Fulham. We want to support local organisations and charities as well as work with local schools.
