We are a small family run guest house ideally situated minutes from the City-by Pass and 20 minutes from Edinburgh City Centre. With Five Ensuite Rooms that have everything a guest could require for your stay to the Lothians. All rooms are individually designed with period features and all have flat screen tv, tea/coffee making facilities, ironing facilities and free wi-fi throughout. We have free secure parking spaces in our car park and covered parking for motorcycles and bicycles. It is possible to provide small light snacks if arranged in advance.

With Rossyln Chapel nearby and a wide range of golf courses close by with the option of borrowing some clubs from us. Walkers and wildlife-lovers can explore the surrounding coast and take in East, West and Midlothian – perfect for beach walks in Gullane or Yellowcraigs and walks along the Pentland Hills and country parks to explore like Vogrie and Dalkeith. There is the 31 bus service that runs directly outside which is only 30 minutes to the City and costs £1.40. Also buses to Roslin, Dalkeith etc.
