Welcome to Mellow Melfort
Our area is famous for the warmth of its hospitality, breathtaking scenery, the wild and rocky indented coastline, ancient castles and standing stones.
There is an amazing variety of wildlife, on land as well on and under the sea. We are in the ancient Kingdom of Argyll, on the West Coast of Scotland. Just 16 miles south of Oban, which is the "Gateway" to the Scottish islands, like Mull, Barra, Tiree and many more islands.
Ten Scandinavian designed self catering houses are scattered along the shores of Loch Melfort, where the Highlands come down to the ocean. There are two private beaches, a small harbour and our ancient Pier.
Stay for a day or three months..... tell us what your needs are and we will help you to find the best house for you.
We have one bedroom suites, two and three bedroom houses.
We have 5 houses for the less able, all on one level, with roll in shower rooms.
There is lots of free parking.
