Opened in 1933, Pype Hayes is a mature 18 hole par 71 course with plenty of interesting features. Within the course, you'll find our state of the art, 60 station gym.

We’re helping children and adults get into golf with our exciting and very affordable Get Active in Golf programme and Junior Golf Passport.

Seasoned pro or complete beginner, we look forward to meeting you.

Course

The golf course has curved fairways lined with gorse and broad leafed trees, firm contoured greens and lots of deeply sanded bunkers.

The key to most of the par fours is to play an iron for accuracy off the tee with a middle to short iron.

This is a very forgiving course, fairly flat with sufficient gradients to make it interesting, and with a few ditches as the only water hazards. There is also a good practice area.

Facilities

We have a fleet of four Yamaha electric golf buggies and a large number of trolleys for hire to make light work of your round.

Club house

We are very proud of our brand new modern fully fitted club house which has panoramic views over our superb course.

Our head chef has developed a great à la carte menu and a special Sunday menu including a three course roast dinner. We also have a fully stocked bar including draught beers, champagne, wine and soft drinks.
