I have had over 25 years of experience as a Private Chef in many parts of the world and spent many years in Italy where I developed my passion for all things Italian, especially the food and way of life.
I had my own Italian restaurant at The Buxhall Coach House for the last three and a half years but now I am bringing my food to you, where you can enjoy a restaurant style experience in the comfort of your own home.
My food can be eclectic as well as authentically Italian and I use the freshest, most carefully sourced ingredients, local where possible and the result is a always bursting with flavour!
I look forward to cooking for you in 2016
