Today, as a conservation-conscious farm and family-run business with nearly 20 years’ experience in hosting weddings, our South Elmham island continues to extend a warm welcome - to all couples and their friends and families.

Flexible and friendly, Bateman’s Barn prides itself on being a real place where couples can celebrate themselves. Our completely tailor-made wedding service means you design the ceremony and celebrations you want – your way, not ours - be that indoor or out; lavish, simple or wonderfully original; buffet, banquet, live band or disco.

Whatever you choose, simply relax in the knowledge that our experience is on hand to ensure everything goes to plan without fuss or worry. We can advise on timetables, catering, drinks, room layout and decoration just as much or as little as required. We’ve also lots of local supplier contacts to share, from cake-makers, coach companies and ceilidh bands to florists and firework specialists.
