The Carnegie offers a large, modern venue with a huge selection of extra facilities at no extra charge, making itself perfect for wedding receptions, parties and performances for up to 300 attendees. While The Guildhall offers a unique experience and ideally suits hosting craft fairs, meetings and small scale performances for up to 120 attendees.
Three rooms are available for hire, The Main Auditorium (The Carnegie), The Large Court (The Guildhall) and Council Chamber (The Guildhall).

The Main Auditorium fits up to 300 attendees seated, making it the largest venue in Thetford Town centre. The Main Auditorium facilities include:

This room is the largest room for hire in the Guildhall. It can cater to up to 150 people seated and is suitable for Small Scale Theatre, Craft Fairs, Choral/Spoken events, Gymnastics/Low intensity workout classes, and more! We are also able to store equipment for regular hires of this hall.
The Guildhall Tea Room is open Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 10am-2:30pm and can be used during these times for booking refreshments during bookings. Refreshments can still be prepared for the event regardless of time frame.
