Nevill Arms description
Hotel / Conference Centre
Medium (1-150)
The Nevill Arms, once the old stable yard and Inn is set in the picturesque village of Medbourne in the heart of the beautiful Welland Valley on the Leicestershire, Rutland and Northamptonshire borders. The Inn is set by a tributary of the River Welland and has a footbridge from the car park to the front of the Inn, besides the footbridge is a towpath leading directly to the church and village shop.
The Inn, rebuilt in 1863, now a grade 2 listed building has undergone sympathetic refitting whilst retaining much of its original character and features including the original large studded oak door, the oak beamed ceilings, the stone inglenook fireplace, leaded stone mullion windows and the enclosed courtyard and terrace.
