Leicester Cathedral can be booked to hold special services and public events (e.g. concerts, lectures, receptions etc.), subject to availability, all year round.

For most events the Cathedral’s capacity is between 300 and 400. The exact number (particularly considering sightlines) will depend on the nature of the event and the layout chosen, and should be discussed when booking.

A Green Room holding up to 40 people is included with your booking and toilet facilities in St Martins House can be arranged.

A comprehensive stage is available for hire which can be configured in a variety of ways and if your event requires music we have a grand piano available to hire for a reasonable rate.

Depending on the seating capacity required there is normally space available to serve refreshments.
