Nestled in the heart of the countryside yet close to 5 cities and 7 million people, our B&B & holiday cottages are very convenient. Just 10 minutes drive from either the M1 or M42, plus East Midlands airport on our doorstep, our location gives you all the options.

We are also a small wedding and party venue when you need something rather more personal and discrete.
