The Dower House Hotel situated in Lyme Regis offers ten comfortable and tastefully appointed guest bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Surrounded by rolling hills and open fields, views from the lounge bar, sitting room and bedrooms are stunning. Additionally, we have over two acres of gardens, an outdoor heated swimming pool (see our terms and conditions)_ and ample parking for use during your stay. In addition, we are pet-friendly and welcome dogs in specific rooms by prior arrangement.

Although the property was built in the late 19th century we are proud to operate an environmentally friendly and low carbon usage hotel utilising a Biomass boiler for our heating and hot water and a PV solar electricity generating system. We also have a "state of the art" very low energy infra red heating system in our Cobb Suite. Our double glazed windows help with the efficiency of these systems.
