The Cormorant Hotel, in the village of Golant, sits alongside the magnificent Fowey River, and is just a short distance up river from the charming harbour town of Fowey.

The Cormorant Hotel's idyllic peaceful location is the ideal restful retreat from the hustle and bustle of your busy life, and, because we are outside Fowey, we are able to provide free on-site parking to all guests. Come here, if you want to enjoy an unbelievabely quiet 'get-away-from-it-all' location.

Fowey is just a short woodland walk away. This lovely harbour town offers something for everyone. Stroll around the bustling harbour and visit the many art, craft and specialist food shops in the town.

Return to your peaceful riverside Golant accommodation, and relax over an aperitif and a fine meal, then a good night’s sleep in our boutique hotel rooms, each furnished with a really comfy bed and quality goose feather & down duvets.

Please note that we do not accept guests under 16 years, and, in deference to all of our non-smoking guests, it is not permitted to smoke anywhere on the site except in the car park. The options on our site are limited, and there is nowhere where we could create an undercover smoking area.
