Uniquely located between London’s Angel, Kings Cross, Clerkenwell & Old Street, Anomalous Space (A_SPACE) is an original Art Deco studio and versatile event venue available for hire. Situated within a Georgian townhouse it is equipped for a variety of events from meetings, workshops and conferences to photo/TV/film shoots, product launches, private functions and brand experience days. The venues adaptability and homely feel creates the perfect environment for collaboration, creativity and our experienced studio managers and event producers can assist in making sure the space exceeds expectations. Key features include high speed broadband and mesh network, projector and sound system, live broadcast technology and we're powered by Ecotricity.


The rate is for A_Space is 150ph between 9-6pm, 200ph between 6am-9am/6pm-12am and on weekends. We offer a full day (8h 9-5 or 10-6) for 1000. A_Space capacity is 40 seated or 70 standing.

The rate for B_Space is 50ph between 9-6pm, 75ph between 6am-9am/6pm-12am and on weekends. We offer a full day (8h 9-5 or 10-6) for 380. B_Space capacity is 10-12 seated or standing.

Please note we have a min 4h hire policy and all prices are +VAT. Tea/coffee/water is included, as well as use of all on site facilities. More info can be found on our website here:

A_SPACE

Anomalous Space is the perfect alternative to your standard business venue. A_SPACE is a 1000 sqft open-plan environment with a capacity for 50-60 standing and up to 40 seated. With homely Art Deco aspects it features a comfortable lounge and library area for small meetings or break outs, a kitchenette and dining table for catering and a studio area for larger visual presentations. A_SPACE is ideal for larger gatherings, team workshops or presentations, pop-ups, photo/TV/film shoots and brand experience days.

B_SPACE

B_SPACE is a 320 sqft flexible meeting room for <10-12 people. With plenty of natural light, a mini kitchenette and additional seated lounge area for breakouts, the space is ideal for smaller groups who want a medium sized environment to harness their creativity. Ideal for meetings, presentations, castings, interviews, focus groups, research hubs or for use as a mini studio for photo/film shoots.
