Haydon Hall
This is a modern, warm carpeted room with capacity for up to 80 people. It’s ideal for meetings, hobby groups, book clubs, yoga classes etc. An example conference set-up is shown right. It is ideal for toddler and baby groups, though not suitable for ‘messy’ activities. Two toilets (including disabled) are in the foyer just outside, and there are more loos at the end of the big hall. Haydon is supplied with tables and chairs, including some comfy ‘tub’ chairs (see left).
Currently prices are £12 per hour. We have a minimum charge period of an hour and a half. Please allow for your setting-up and clearing-up time when you calculate the total period you’re booking.
Hicks Hall
This was originally built as a school hall, so if you imagine a traditional ‘village hall’ you’ve got the idea! It’s the bigger hall of the two, has a hard wooden floor and hatch access to the kitchen.
