The Washington Arms is in the heart of the old village, directly overlooking the village green, with something to accommodate all ages and needs. During the day, we offer a relaxed atmosphere, with exciting food offers and are considered a ‘lovely atmosphere’ for meeting friends and colleagues for lunch. The Arms offers a great beer garden area. Each evening sees a particular food offer, as well as our full menu, all offered with a good selection of wines and drinks, together with a couple of traditional ales, at locally competitive prices. The Arms offers SKY Sports and Racing UK. We have something for everyone across the week, from karaoke party night every Sunday evening and a popular quiz on a Monday night to just coming in for a quiet beer or chat to the locals. Friday and Saturday nights see a great, friendly, local atmosphere, with regular live bands.
