Tiptree Community Centre opened for business in September 2011. It has 2 halls and a meeting room available for hire and is owned and managed by Tiptree Parish Council, on behalf of the residents of Tiptree.

Main Hall (Webb Hall)

This is the largest hall in the building, (76.4 x 9.5 m)and comes with its own separate kitchen (serving hatch looks out onto the main hall). A stage can be erected before the event but must be reserved at time of booking. There is an additional fee for this to be erected and dismantled of £50
Toilets are situated in the corridor and are shared with the Meeting room if in use
