Meeting for Worship is at 11:00 am every Sunday. And there is a children's meeting at the same time on the third Sunday of every month. Meeting for Worship begins when the first person enters the Meeting Room. It ends when two elders shake hands. The Meeting for Worship usually lasts for one hour, after which the clerk reads notices and refreshments are served. Quakers worship in silence and people speak if moved to do so. Anyone may speak, even if it is their first Meeting. There is no clergy and people sit facing the table with flowers at the centre of the room. East Garston Meeting House has disabled access to the Meeting Room and Children’s Room, but does not have a hearing loop or disabled toilets.
