As we now look towards the welcome reopening of our venues, we’re working hard to support our clients and partners to adjust to the ‘new normal’.
It’s always been the ambition of Make Venues to open in a way that gives you the reassurance you need to focus on your event and your delegates’ experience - never taking our eye off two critical elements; our duty of care to our clients and our commitment to deliver consistently high standards to our customers.
With this in mind, we have created a COVID-19 Duty of Care Policy, Make Venues Risk Assessment and Delegate Information card.
The documents detail the new procedures we have in place, which offer the same high level of health, safety, wellbeing and customer service that you have come to expect from our venues.
