The Estate provides opportunities for a variety of event settings from large festivals to dog sports and even marquee-styled weddings.
The Estate has a variety of residential and commercial properties that are let. The residential properties range from large farmhouses to original Gatehouses. There is also a conference room available all year round for meetings, yoga sessions or product launches for example. The main parkland also hosts a business park and during the festive season a Christmas Shop.
Whilst the Estate and main parkland are private booked events are welcome to apply for the location. Charlton Park Estate with its extensive parkland, farmland, nearly 300 acre of woodland and myriad of backdrops and buildings is a film and photography location golden ticket. Charlton Park Estate also supports a range of country activities from dog sports (bikejoring for example) fishing, shooting and equestrianism that run out of the 4500 acres. The working farm is a mix of arable and grasslands with some livestock and an active conservation management plan.

The Charlton Park Estate Conference Room is available for hire on a full and half day hire as well as hourly. The conference room is located in a beautifully newly renovated part of the estate easily accessed from the M4 and Malmesbury. The conference room offers a variety of set-ups available. Free wifi, large screen for video presentations, flip-chart with desks and chairs for meetings or you can opt for the room to be empty. The conference room has bathroom facilities that have disabled access adjacent to the meeting room and entrance vestibule. The conference room capacity is up to 20 seated/standing or less depending on requirements for desks and COVID safe regulations at the time of booking. Kitchen facilities are equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave and kettle for basic catering needs and more complex or lunches for example can be arranged.
