Sapori’s Head Chef Andrea Scarpati is a native of Torre del Greco, Italy. Andrea worked in several restaurants in Italy and in England before opening his dream restaurant Sapori in May 2011 with his wife Cristina and her brother Luigi...a dream that in 2015 at the National Food Award has been crowned with two awards: Best Italian Establishment in the Midlands and Best Italian Establishment in England.
