The Aldreth Community Association runs the Aldreth Village Centre and looks after the village alongside the Parish Council. The hall is run for the benefit of the village. Regular events are held and the hall is available for hire.

The village centre is used for the community. The venue can be hired for events such as children's parties, charity events and shows. It is a small hall with a smaller side room, with concertina doors between the two to extend the area.

There is a small kitchen which has been recently refurbished, with a 2 ring hotplate. There are 3 toilets, including one for the disabled.

Off road parking is available for 2 cars, plus street parking.
