The Wheelwrights Arms description
Pub / Restaurant
Medium (1-150)
This 19th Century Wheelwright's shop started selling beer when the railways arrived in the early 1850's.
A friendly local attracting both visitors & residents, it retains its stone floors, beamed ceilings, exposed brickwork & real fire. There are garden benches to both the front & rear of the pub with a covered patio and smoking area. A regular in the CAMRA good beer guide and holder of cask marque accreditation, there are always plenty of superb real ales to choose from, six Wadworth ales & a good rotation of guest ales to choose from. Also why not try our Gold Medal Award Winning Corvus Stout.
