Woodside Events is an event company that specialises in event planning and wedding co-ordination at Heytesbury Woods, supplying a complete package for every occasion.
Woodside is set in the idyllic woodland of Heytesbury Woods on the edge of the village of Heytesbury.
Our marquee is set in a sheltered area with a picturesque wood on one side and a field on the other, ideal for activities or camping. Accommodating numbers up to 200 guests with panoramic windows, reception area and fairy lights over a wooden dance floor. It is a perfect setting for a wedding reception, party, family get together or any event requiring an exclusive space.
Not only is the marquee an idyllic setting but there are woodland walks and areas for outdoor seating as well as numerous scenic locations. A licenced bar is included and we have our own in-house caterers who can design a menu for your individual taste, from formal dining to BBQs and buffets. There is plenty of room for outside activities, guest camping or just chilling out.
