Four Oaks Farm is a uniquely romantic, lakeside Wedding Reception and Party/Celebration Venue for a marquee on a 10 acre site in the heart of rural Sussex. Although blissfully peaceful and remote, the location is both central and accessible with Burgess Hill and Haywards Heath only 3 and 4 miles away, respectively, and Brighton just a short 15 mile hop over the Downs. Absolute privacy is also ensured with the reception area located well away from the adjoining Hundred Acre Lane which itself is a very quiet road.

Four Oaks Farm does not currently have a wedding licence so this is a reception venue only for weddings, joinings or indeed any other celebration where that something uniquely special is needed.

We are offering the venue only enabling hirers to create the wedding of their dreams. We can however recommend a number of excellent local suppliers with whom we have already worked very successfully – these include marquee hire, caterers and bar provision to name but a few.

Where we differ from many similar venues is that we do not operate a revolving door policy of one in and one out with pressure to vacate by a certain time and site availability restricted immediately prior to the event. From the moment the marquee goes up and down (usually Wednesday/Thursday to Monday for a Saturday wedding), the site is at your disposal and you may come and go as you please during that period to prepare at leisure for your big day.
