Our 4* Country House Hotel enjoys a peaceful and tranquil setting within 4 acres of beautiful Scottish woodland grounds and gardens. We're just on the outskirts of the historic town of Selkirk in the Scottish Borders.

Centrally located it is ideal for touring the many Scottish border towns and the places of local interest including Floors Castle, Dryburgh Abbey, Melrose Abbey, Abbotsford House, home of Sir Walter Scott and Bowhill House and Country Estate home of the Buccleuch Family.

Featuring 20 individually styled comfortable rooms some with mezzanine floors, balconies overlooking the gardens and spa baths we offer a truly relaxing stay.

Family accommodation is available in the garden rooms.

The Restaurant offers a relaxed atmosphere using the best of local produce. Open daily serving lunch and dinner.

The Linglie Suite is the perfect Wedding Venue in the Scottish Borders. Accommodating up to 160 guests for a wedding breakfast and up to 200 guests for a evening reception.
