Roof Repairs
We are hoping that funding will be in place to replace the roof during July and August this year.
Most regular users shut down, or at least reduce activity, during August but if our funding does come through, we will be asking them to start their summer break early.
We will give you as much notice as possible as we will have to close the hall while the work is carried out.
We will only be accepting bookings for July and August on the understanding that they may be cancelled at short notice.
We are sorry for any inconvenience which this causes.

The Village Hall is fully open for bookings and while there are currently no Covid-19 restrictions on its use, it is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that any Covid-19 restrictions that are in place at the time of hire are complied with. The hirer is liable for any penalties imposed for breaches of the restrictions.
Our Village Hall comprises a large function hall with state of the art audio visual equipment and disco lights, large well equipped kitchen, ladies’ and gentlemen’s toilets [both with disabled facilities], raised stage area with small dressing room alongside.
Heating system throughout the building, can be pre-set to any temperature between 16 and 35 degrees Celsius.

Car parking for up to 30 cars alongside village hall.
No dogs, except assistance dogs, permitted inside the village hall.

Once your booking has been reviewed you will either receive an email with a Hire Agreement, Conditions of Hire, and Invoice, or contacted if more information is required. Provisional bookings only become confirmed after the signed hire agreement and the booking deposit have been received, both of which should be within 2 weeks of the invoice date.
All bookings, free ones included, require a security deposit.
