Steeped in history, Stanstead Bury has been the private home of the Trower family for over 150 years. The grounds of this beautiful house are available to hire, for a limited number of weddings each year, to couples who are looking for a venue for a marquee wedding reception.
Within the grounds of the manor house there is the opportunity to erect a marquee of your choice. A traditional pole marquee would create the backdrop for a classic, elegant, English garden affair or a tipi would be ideal for a wedding reception with a more rustic and romantic feel. There are no restrictions on the suppliers that you would like to use or the number of guests that you can have. You can tailor your day to suit yourselves.
