Built in circa 1930as a rain cover for the straw and hay that was used for the dairy, this is a now a lovely rustic wooden barn that can provide formal seating for up to 100 people. It is a perfect canvas to create the day you want. It can be dressed up as much or as little as you want and with a few hay bales scattered around is the ideal rustic location - great for a barn dance or a party with a stage and mezzanine area that offers you great views of the Sussex countryside. A bar can either be served from the Dutch Barn or the cow shed. Music licensed to 11pm and venue until 12 midnight.

The Cow Shed

This was the old sleeping quarters for the dairy herd that was in existence in the 1930’s. It has since been converted into a lovely rustic room with rustic beams. The room can seat up to 40 people and is commonly used as a location for the bar, or a quiet area or crèche space for a wedding. Located next to the Dutch Barn, these two spaces can be combined to create a great location to spread out the festivities.

Ceremony Areas

Tulleys Farm is currently not registered to offer licensed ceremonies at the venue. The licence will be applied for in the near future and the hope is to have both an interior space and exterior space licensed to offer ceremonies inside and outside. If you require further information please contact us. We can however offer humanist ceremonies at Tulleys and would happily accommodate any requests.

Catering

Our catering options give you the choice you need to plan your day from a BBQ to a 3 course meal. The Tulleys Farm Kitchen can provide a lovely range of options. We only allow catering through Tulleys and we have a range of companies that we can work with that offer catering for all budgets and taste.

We can arrange fish and chip or ice-cream vans to create a rustic village fete atmosphere, or a vintage high tea, we aim to offer catering for all tastes.

Camping at Tulleys Farm

We can offer overnight camping at Tulleys Farm. This is restricted to a maximum of 30 tents. This includes a portaloo that will be located at a central place within the camp site. This can only be booked by the bride and groom. All campers must have left the site by 10.30am the day following the event.
