Set in a 17th-century castle and stone cottage in the Kinross-shire countryside, this seasonal B&B (spring - fall only) is 7 miles from Lochleven Castle and 12 miles from Pittencrieff Park.

The 2 warm rooms share a bathroom and feature classic furnishings and fireplaces. A 1-bedroom stone cottage has a fridge, a microwave and a living area with a flat-screen TV and a wood-burning stove, as well as a sun room, a private garden and free Wi-Fi.

Breakfast is served daily, and afternoon tea and parking are included. Dinner is offered for a fee. The castle grounds have a 9th-century Celtic graveyard, medieval church ruins, a maze and a moat.
