Villa Farm Holiday Cottages:

Is based just 15 minutes from the centre of York and consists of 13 self-catering holiday cottages, our smallest cottage sleeps 2 people and our largest cottage sleeps 18 people. Some of the cottages also include hot tubs!

We can accommodate families, hen parties, stag parties, corporate guests, and even allow pets (at an additional charge)

York Barn Wedding Venue:

Established in May 2018, business or pleasure, York Barn is a sensational place for events, located within the scenic grounds of Villa Farm, simply 4 miles from York City Centre.

Blending the rustic, farmhouse decor along with a modern twist, we have created a venue offering the warmest of welcomes for our guests.

Our beautiful barn can accommodate up to 150 for a seated meal and 220 guests for a standing reception. It boasts stunning blank canvas features, allowing our clients to get creative and add in some personal touches to their wedding or event.

York Barn is a family-owned venue so with that in mind we take great pride in the level of service we provide, from an enquiry all the way through to the event itself, our friendly team are with you every step of the way.
