The Mayor’s Parlour is an elegant room with an intimate atmosphere for a ceremony, and is able to accommodate up to 46 guests, while the Assembly Room is a beautiful, spacious hall with a stage and can accommodate a ceremony of up to 140 guests.
The Town Hall balcony, which overlooks the historic High Street, is available for up to an hour after the ceremony, so that you can share a toast with your guests and take photographs.
The Assembly Room is also the perfect place to gather with your friends and family after your ceremony, and can be booked for a reception or party, even if your ceremony is held elsewhere. It seats 100 people at tables or 150 people standing at a buffet style reception.
