Molland House dates from 1262. The Manor House is situated in the village of Ash between the Ancient Medieval Cinque Port of Sandwich and the Cathedral City of Canterbury.

We have a large private car park. Ash village is only 3 miles from Sandwich, a short drive to Discovery Park, the Channel Tunnel and the cross-channel ports of Folkestone and Dover, is surrounded by the beautiful Kent countryside.

Molland House Bed and Breakfast is also an ideal base for golfers attracted by the Kent coast's quality championship links golf courses, including Royal St Georges, who hosted the British Open Championship.
