The unique Watercress Lodges and Campsite is a fantastic holiday retreat set next to the Historic Watercress Line and overlooking the South Downs.

We offer accommodation of six Self Catering Lodges, Glamping Safari Tents, Tipi Tents which are pre-erected for ease of camping. Our Campground opened in 2014 and offers an ideal getaway for families and enthusiasts alike for a truly special camping experience.

We are also to offer our facilities for Weddings and Functions. The Small Gauge Railway is now open and is beingrun by volunteers and we also have the Flat Spaces Bungalow on site for people to hire with severely disabled and less abled travellers.
