The Quee suites & Martin Grove suite are based inside Lordswood Leisure Centre which is set in 14 acres of beautiful woodland surroundings in the garden of England – Kent.
The venue is located within the Medway towns, both the M2 and M20 motorways are only a short 10 minute drive away.
We realise how difficult it can be planning your wedding or party and our designated organiser will be delighted to assist you every step of the way.
On the day our management team will warmly welcome you and will be on hand throughout the day to ensure everything is complete as per requirements
We have 3 beautiful function suites within the venue, 2 of which can cater for 200 guests and the largest up to 500 guests – perfect for those with a large guest count!
We cater for many different eventsfrom Birthdays to Weddings and everything inbetween.

As of 2014 we now offer the opportunity to hold your wedding ceremony within the venue.
We are licensed to hold your wedding ceremony in one of our five areas including the Garden & Marquee, Starlight room or any of the three suites themselves.
Keeping your ceremony and reception in the same venue means your guests can spend the whole day here without the need for travel!

The Martin Grove Conference and Banqueting suite is the ideal place to hold any occasion.
In 2013 the suite underwent a complete refurbishment to improve and replace many features such as:
– New flooring
– New neutral decor
– New bar in a new position
– Mood lighting
The Martin Grove suite is now ready for your next occasion accommodating up to 200 guests.
The room is sectioned into 3 main areas – the bar, a main seating area and the dancefloor – perfect if some family would like to keep away from the music to chat!
Seating is no issue as the bar area also includes extended seating to the main seating area via the use of our lounge furniture including our comfortable 2 seater leather sofas and red velvet bar furniture all of which can be removed upon request.
Mood lighting
A choice of different mood lighting colours can be chosen to add a whole new dimension to your occasion.
Our lighting can be colour co-ordinated to suit your own colour scheme using our in-house LED downlighters that are discretely hidden in the ceiling of the suite, it’s the perfect way to personalise your event and give it a splash of colour to complement the mood and give your guests that WOW factor!
Simply let us know your choice of colour or colours and we’ll find the colours to suit, the Martin Grove Suite can also support continuous colour changing or split colours!

The Quee suite is perfect for any occasion with a capacity of up to 150 guests.
The suite houses a large 40ft x 40ft internal marque complete with your choice of coloured mood lighting and optional extras to complement your chosen colour.
The suite setup can be pre-organised with our wedding planner to suit your personal needs, we’ll make sure that the room is setup exactly to your requirements before you arrive.
The room is further complemented by the beautiful crystal chandalier which hangs beautifully in the centre of marquee’s pitched roof, there is also an option to add or remove the red swag banner which lines the edge between the roof and the walls.

The Grand Quee Suite is ideal for weddings, asian functions, band nights, charity events, religious events, just about any larger event that you may have!
The 105ft x 55ft space can be customised and filled to suit your needs, we have flexible setup options and plans that can be tailored to your needs and we also have many on-site extra features and options for you to choose.
Guests can enter though a separate entrance into the beautiful garden area, with lit trees, pergolas and an external marquee with a silk lined interior – this serves as the ideal place for a welcome drink and for photographs.
The Grand Quee Suite houses a luxurious silk lined marquee adorned with three chic crystal chandeliers and accommodates up to 500 guests.
The room can also be divided up for daytime and evening guests by a partition. A selection of up-lighters changes the colour of the room and creates an ambience to suit any occasion – It’s the perfect way to personalise your function and wow your guests. It can also be set with elegant banqueting chairs and round tables, decorated to meet your requirements that seat up to 10 guests.
