Fulham Palace Trust (FPT) was established in April 2011, and is a company limited by guarantee with charitable status. FPT leases the estate from the head lessor, London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham (LBHF), which in turn leases it from the Church Commission. Both leases run until 2075.
