Hollybank is a lovely Georgian Country house on the outskirts of Emsworth with elegant rooms set in a beautiful 10 acre garden which provides a unique and friendly venue for a private function.

The homely atmosphere of the house lends itself to occasions such as family reunions, funeral receptions, birthday and anniversary parties, wedding receptions or private dinner or lunch parties for up to 30 formally seated in the Dining Room, or up to 80 for a buffet meal. A marquee can be erected on the lawn for larger functions such as wedding receptions and memorial services.

We also have 4 dedicated bed and breakfast ensuite rooms.
