Heath currently runs two open age sides on a regular basis, with a third "Social" team playing from time to time. There are two good pitches at the West Vale ground, a main pitch that has match standard floodlights and a sixty-seated stand, and a second pitch which has quality training lights.

All teams, including the firsts, operate within an "amateur" Club, so no one receives payment for playing.

Training is at the Club on Tuesday and Thursday nights, meet 7pm for a 7.30pm start. If conditions deteriorate during the winter months, then we try to hire all weather or indoor facilities. We have the services of Director of Rugby and Head Coach, Kevin Plant, his assistant Hamish Pratt as well as guest Coaches in and amongst.

The First team play in Yorkshire 1, which is the highest level the club has ever played at. The team are constantly working towards further promotions and First Team Captain Mark Puttick and Kevin Plant are working hard to see that this comes about and are supported in their efforts by all of the Officers of the Club, plus the many players and followers of Heath. Meanwhile the Second XV play in the Aire/Wharfe Merit League and also play a number of friendly fixtures to ensure a full programme throughout the season.
