Set in the centre of the village, this welcoming local displays traditional features throughout the bar, dinning areas and snug. Up to 5 real ales are available, with Ringwood Fortyniner, Sharp's Doom Bar and Wychwood Piledriver, along with the two regulars, available on a recent visit. A courtyard beer garden hosts summer events. There are quiz, live music and open mic nights throughout the year, with an annual cider festival. Dogs are welcome but not in the dinning areas whilst serving. If apparently closed during opening hours, then a notice will invite you to ring the bell.
