Boconnoc is a country estate in South East Cornwall tucked down two miles of private roads. The main house and grounds are available to hire for anything from a candle lit dinner for two, a house party for 18 guests or a self catering holiday cottage to a wedding or party for up to 240 guests.

Anthony Fortescue, owner of Boconnoc, was determined to restore the dilapidated main house to its former glory as it had been uninhabited since the 1950s. He also wanted to open the estate and house to give others the opportunity to enjoy its magic, space and tranquillity. The restoration project of the house took 12 years of hard work with a fantastic team of craftsman and builders.
