Wylam Institute with its adjoining garden offers an ideal venue for wedding receptions (just two minutes walk from St Oswin’s church) and large parties, as well as catering for smaller meetings and fundraising events. This magnificent stone building lives in the 21st century although she is a grand old lady built in the Victorian era.
Two large halls comprise the major spaces – the downstairs hall seats 100 people at round tables or 120 at trestles, maximum capacity 150. This room also has folding doors and can be divided.
