It’s near enough to the M1 and A1 to be convenient but far enough away to be tranquil and idyllic, and the uninterrupted panoramic views from the terrace across the lawn are stunning. Looking east over country fields they give any event the 'wow' factor.
It has a large well equipped kitchen, a fully equipped bar, main hall with stage and air conditioning, a secondary hall used for smaller events or as a supper room, and a loft room which can be used as an overspill or small meeting room. The hall is licenced for the sale of alcohol which the Hirer has to provide.
The car park has spaces for 20 cars plus 2 spaces for the disabled. Use of the car park is free. At the opposite side of the building, leading from the main hall, the terrace runs the full length of the building and it together with grass lawns below it, are ideal for wedding pictures and pre-dinner cocktails. The terrace can also be used for a barbeque.
The hall also hosts 'East Keswick Snooker Club' in purpose built premises adjoining the main building. Full details can be found on our web site.
