This cottage has three bedrooms and will sleep up to 10/11.

Upstairs there is a family room with a double bed and bunk beds and another bedroom with a king-size bed and fold-out bed. The views from this bedroom are superb. The family bathroom is also upstairs with a shower. The downstairs is open plan with a large lounge, kitchen and dining area and like the bedrooms has all the old beams exposed. The kitchen is very well equipped with a double oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer.

The third bedroom is downstairs and has a single bed with room for a fold out bed. This bedroom has its own sink and ensuite toilet. There is also a sofa bed in the living room and we can provide an extra fold out bed for either the downstairs bedroom or the kingsize room upstairs.

Cuckoo's Nest has a large open plan living room and kitchen upstairs and the bedrooms and bathroom downstairs.

There are 3 bedrooms - one with a king-size bed, one with a double and one with full-sized bunk beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room and a fold out bed or cot can also be provided if required.

The spacious bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment and curtain and a shaver light with socket.

National Accessible Scheme - LEVEL 2
This comfortable single storey cottage, designed with the wheelchair user in mind, is also ideal for families. There are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with single bed and a galleried hayloft bedroom which is accessed by ladder. In the hayloft is a single bed and a fold out chair bed but because of the access, this hayloft is really only suitable for older children. We can provide a fold out bed or cot on the ground floor beside the single bed if necessary.

There is a large 'wet-room' style shower in the bathroom with extra handles next to the toilet, basin and in the shower for your safety. A static or wheeled shower chair/commode can also be provided if required.

In the lounge there is a dining table and chairs, a rocking chair and two comfortable 2-seater sofas. French doors lead out to your own private south facing terrace with farmland views and your own access to the gardens... a perfect spot for relaxing or enjoying a barbecue.

This cottage has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, a well equipped kitchen, good quality television with freeview, books and table games, video/ dvd, ipod dock, central heating, wifi and xBox with games that can also be borrowed from the Pool Room cupboard. Fold out beds, cots and high chairs can be provided if needed.

We have ensured that our guests in wheelchairs are able to visit the farm and the games room as well as enjoy the wonderful views from the large terrace in front of the Corn Barn. There is also a decked level pathway through the gardens where you can enjoy views of some of our animals and the natural flora and fauna.

Seeps 2 - 4
The Den is next door to The Cuckoo's Nest and is very similar in style, the only difference being the size. It too has an open plan living room and kitchen upstairs but only one double bedroom, along with a large bathroom downstairs. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge and a dining table and chairs next to the kitchen.

Like the Dray it is a lovely couples' cottage but because it is a little larger it is also perfect for young families. There is room in the bedroom for a fold-out bed and it is possible to fit a cot in as well.

As with all our holiday cottages, The Den is warm and comfortable with central heating that you can control. It is very well equipped throughout and you should have everything you need for a 'home from home' holiday. For entertainment there is a flat screen TV with free-to-view channels, an Xbox, dvd and ipod dock as well as a selection of books and games. Dvd's, videos and xbox games are available to borrow from the Pool Room.

Sleeps 2
The Dray is always a favourite cottage with couples. The living area upstairs has a cosy but light and airy feel to it. With a comfortable leather sofa and giant beanbag it is perfect for snuggling up in front of the tv.

The Dray has a well equipped kitchen with a conventional oven, hob and microwave and there is a small dining area for two. In the lounge area is a good quality flatscreen tv, video, cd player, xBox and iPod dock. A fold out bed or cot can be provided if needed.

With fully controllable central heating the cottage is always at the right temperature throughout the open plan design. Down a few stairs from the stable door entrance is the double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom - the only room in the cottage with a door. There is a standard size bath with a shower attachment.

It is possible to fit a fold out bed or a cot in the bedroom if necessary.
