The Ship Aground is a welcoming family pub set in the heart of the picturesque coastal village of Mortehoe on the rugged North Devon coast.

We have a large range of Draught Beers, Ciders, Real Ales and Wines. We offer food to suit every taste and a large selection of Blackboard Specials which include local fish specialities.

The pub is spread across 2 floors with ample room for large parties to sit together. There is free WiFi and well behaved dogs that are kept on a lead are welcome throughout the pub.

Outside there is a sun terrace overlooking the village square with a patio area below it and also a rear decked area connected by patio doors to the upper floor.

The National Trust area of Morte Point is right on the doorstep so why not take a walk along the coastal path to get some fresh air and view the scenery before calling in for a drink or some food
