The Ramnee Hotel is an arts-and-craft-style Edwardian villa built in 1907, only 30 minutes from Inverness Airport with daily connections to London and other British and European cities. Its Culbin Function Room provides excellent meeting space for functions, training, AGMs, dinners, lunches with views over to Findhorn Bay and the Culbin forest.

Elegant rooms come with ensuite bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, and tea/coffee making equipment, as well as free WiFi. Upgraded quarters offer garden views and separate sitting areas.

Cooked breakfast is complementary. There's also a stately lounge/bar and restaurant serving upscale cuisine. Private dining areas are also available. Ramnee has been the dream-like setting for many Highland weddings given its quiet, stylish location and excellent, friendly staff. To ensure quality service, the venue prefers weddings up to 60 seated although it can take more for conferences.
