Ppurpose built spacious and comfortable large lecture theatre. The Guy-Whittle Auditorium is ideal for presentations, lectures, professional development seminars, product launches, press conferences, AGMs, screenings and trade shows

This large conference room is fully air-conditioned, with fixed, gently tiered leather seating for 300 delegates and wooden acoustic 'Gustav' panelled walls.

The lecture theatre has state-of-the-art audio visual facilities, including HD projection, additional plasma screens for branding opportunities, wireless presentation system for tablet presentations,cameras and recording equipment for video production and on-line streaming. The room hire charge includes the services of a trained audio-visual technician and a practice area with PC/Mac for presenters to prepare and load their presentations.

Our in-seat audience-response and voting system encourages far greater engagement. Rather than waiting for a roving microphone, which can be especially tedious in large conference venues, the audience can vote electronically or text their comments, and the results can be projected instantaneously on-screen in a range of different formats.

The auditorium is very wheelchair-friendly with easy access, removable seats and a purpose-built registration desk in the Main Foyer. If you require catering during your event, this can be provided in the Max Rayne Atrium and/or Cavendish Room.

The Max Rayne Auditorium is an intimate yet spacious auditorium suited for conferences, presentations, lectures, professional development seminars, product launches, AGMs, screenings, press conferences and trade shows.

As the second largest of our unique spaces in London, the modern and purpose-built Max Rayne conference venue provides fixed gently tiered leather seating for 150 delegates. Fully air-conditioned, it has built-in audio visual facilities and wooden acoustic 'Gustav' panelled walls.

Our newest lecture theatre, the Naim Dangoor Auditorium blends modern design and state-of-the-art facilities with original architectural features. It successfully consolidates and enhances our reputation for providing the most advanced, in-built meeting technologies in a venue with real character.

Equipped with full HD projection, award-winning interactive voting handsets for each attendee, HD cameras and recording equipment for video production and online streaming and a wireless presentation system for presenting from tablets and mobile devices, it represents the ultimate lecture theatre for any conference or event organiser.

Our in-house AV team will co-operate with you seamlessly from the lecture theatre's dedicated control room to ensure that your product launch, press event, conference or AGM, will be outstanding every time. Meeting organisers or late-arriving presenters can access the control room from outside and it includes an area for loading and practicing presentations.

For branding purposes, the main display can be divided into windows for logos and themed backgrounds in addition to the presentation slides. The specialist LED lighting can also be used to wash the presentation area with a suitable colour theme for your event.

The theatre's revolutionary design of the conference space successfully incorporates the existing, large windows to provide a unique, naturally-lit theatre experience.
