Baron Hill Golf Club located on the outskirts of the idyllic town of Beaumaris is the oldest privately owned golf course in the UK. This nine-hole heathland course with its true, fast sloping greens is challenging and provides a good golfing experience. Over recent times significant improvements have been made. For example an upgrade of the drainage system, a bunker behind the 9th green, tee-box levelling and to make the course more 'user friendly' the strategic cutting of gorse.
