Room Charges and Capacities Main Hall- Cost per hour is £15, maximum capacity 200 people Conference room- Cost per hour is £12, maximum capacity is 25 people Common Room- Cost per hour is £10, maximum capacity is 25 people Evening Hire (19.00hrs - 00.00hrs) - Cost is £80, maximum capacity is 200 people- includes Kitchen Facilities. All Day Hire (08.00hrs - 12:00hrs) - Cost is £175, maximum capacity is 180 people- includes Kitchen facilities. A Bar licence is availiable for all events on request. The Memorial Hall is the perfect location for many formal occasions. It is located within the heart of Polesworth with the historic 17th century Tithe Barn and the traditionally picturesque Polesworth Abbey, just a short walk away.he idyllic Polesworth Abbey is the perfect location to take your vows in this historic village. On the other hand the recently renovated Tithe Barn, a grade two listed building is the ideal location for civil ceremonies. Both of these venues are conveniently within 100 meters of Polesworth Memorial Hall, therefore providing the ultimate nearby location for the wedding reception, and the end to your special day.

The Spacious Memorial Hall offers a capacity of 200 people, with three rooms to hire on an hourly basis or the option to hire the venue for a half or full day, if being used for a wedding reception or party.
