We offer a programme of organised retreats and events. Outside of the times of our programme the venue and meeting rooms are available for hire.
We wish to warmly invite you to share times of prayer and reflection with us. Kairos is keen to be a resource where, together, we can respond to the Lord's invitation to "come and rest a while."
We welcome all who need to find a place of quiet, peace, harmony and hospitality. A place to pray, a place to think, a place to meet. It exists for the development of the individual and community, and is open to all.
The Kairos Centre is owned and administered by the Catholic Congregation and charity,
The Poor Servants of the Mother of God.

With high windows and impressive views The Kairos Hall has ample space for receptions and group events up to 120 people. This number is reduced for cabaret and conference style seating. The permanent stage means it is ideal for larger meetings and seminars.

With windows on 3 sides, The Terrace Hall leads on to the sun terrace and lawns and would be a perfect venue for an event for up to 80 people with ample space for break-out zones. As a dining room we can accommodate a maximum of 60 people in this room.

A spacious room for up to 25 people with views directly over landscaped gardens and Richmond Park, there is direct access to The Kairos Hall making it well suited as a breakout space for larger meetings.

The Maryfield Room is a new room which has become available. It is located on the first floor, with outstanding views of Richmond Park. The Maryfield Room is ideally suited for small groups of 20 delegates in a theatre style and less in other seating styles.
The bright and welcoming conservatory holds up to 20 people in an informal setting.

The Fullerton Room is an elegant room, ideal for a boardroom layout accommodating 12; it would also provide an intimate atmosphere for private events for up to 20 people.

This room is particularly suited for small groups of up to nine people, and has the advantage of an adjacent kitchen for those bringing picnic lunches.
